Q: What type of coffee do you sell?
A: We offer a variety of premium coffees from all over the world. From light to dark roast, we have something for everyone!
Q: How fresh is your coffee?
A: Once ordered your coffee will be freshly roasted and then packaged.
Q: When will I receive my order?
A: You will receive your order within 3 - 5 days on less busy periods busier periods can take slightly longer. We use Royal Mail and DPD for the larger deliveries.
Q:What happens if my parcel is damaged, lost?
A: We take great care in packaging all our parcels and double check everything before it leaves us. However, if for any reason your parcel is damaged or lost then please contact us at info@caffefusion.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify the situation as soon as possible. Additionally, the delivery companies take pictures of delivered items.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit cards and all major credit cards including Amex. Additionally we also accept Apple pay. All payments are securely processed.
