We want you to be happy with your Caffè Fusion order. Please read our returns policy below.
At Caffè Fusion, we take great care in preparing and sending your coffee. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If you have changed your mind
If you have changed your mind and your items are unsuitable, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you would like to return it.
Once you have contacted us, the goods should be returned to us within 14 days.
For quality and safety reasons, returned coffee must be in perfect, unused and complete condition, in its unopened original packaging.
Customers are responsible for paying the return delivery cost when returning items because they have changed their mind.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked the returned goods, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund process after we have received the returned goods.
If you are returning a full order under your cancellation rights, we will refund the cost of the returned goods and the standard delivery charge originally paid, where required by law.
We may reduce or refuse a refund if returned goods have been opened, used, damaged, or are not returned in their original condition, unless the item was faulty, damaged or incorrect when received.
Returning goods to us
All return shipping back to Caffè Fusion is to be paid for by the customer when the return is due to a change of mind.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage or proof of delivery.
Caffè Fusion cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit when being returned to us by the customer.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is a problem with the goods, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty, Caffè Fusion will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
